Consignments of the basic texts of the party was handed to the sec- tion executive re- cently, being donations from HE Peter Mafany Musonge.
o keep militants of the Fako I A section abreast with the functioning of the CPDM party, it internal rules and regulations, senior offi- cial of the party in the South West has donated consignments of the basic texts to militants.
HE Peter Mafany Musonge, former Prime Minister and Head of the CPDM Permanent Central Committee delegation for the South West, made the donation, which is intended to boost party knowledge of militants of Limbe I. The consignments were handed to the Fako I A section executive, headed by interim section president, Ludwig Makaka Williams, recently.
The donation of the basic texts is aimed at keeping the militants up to date with functioning of the party as well as it internal rules and regulations. It is equally aimed at creating awareness on the responsibilities of the militants in the party, respect for party hierarchy, financial management and living together as militants of the same party. The knowledge of the basic party text, will help curb the issues of disunity, infighting and backstab- bing that has characterised the party in Limbe I, since the demise of it section president, Andrew Mutanga Monjimba.
Receiving the donations on be- half of the section, Ludwig Makaka, expressed gratitude to the officials of the party for thinking of his section at the eve of elections. He appreciated the gesture and stated that it was timely and will go a long way to restore order and unity in the
Limbe I section. He said « my immense gratitude goes to our father HE Peter Mafany Musonge, for chosen to empower our section with the basic text of the party. It is com
ing at a time when we are prepar- ing for elections. It will go a long to educate militants on their roles and responsibilities in the party. The texts will be distributed to the
18 subsections that make up Limbe I. I am using this opportu- nity to plead for unity, love and forgiveness of one another. Our goal is to win and maintain our position as the lone leading party in Limbe I».
With the creation of the Fako I A section in 2007, from the former Fako I, the section covering Limbe I, remains the heartbeat and bastion of the CPDM party in the entire Fako Division. Limbe I had always scored 100 percent in all elections. With the upcoming presidential, municipal and Legislative elections, the section is determined to keep the flag of the party high, by silencing all oppositions.
