GTMS Liberia Inc. Disowns Fake Appointments; Warns Public Against Impersonation
The Management of Global Tracking & Maritime Solutions Liberia Inc. (GTMS Liberia Inc.) has noted with concern the purported appointment of Presley S. Tenwah as General Manager-Liberia and Elvis D. Johnson as Public Relations Executive & Operations Manager—appointments allegedly made by one Sahr H.W. Ngegba, who purports to be a Director of GTMS Liberia Inc.
GTMS Liberia Inc. has categorically denounced the purported appointments, and clarified that Sahr H.W. Ngegba is not associated with GTMS Liberia Inc. “He does not appear in our corporate structure, staff register, or list of authorized officers. No such position as ‘Director’ is held by him within our organization,” the management of GTMS Liberia observed in a press release issued Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
According to the release, “GTMS Liberia Inc. is neither a subsidiary nor in partnership with GTMS-UK, a company that has been wound-up and currently undergoing liquidation in the United Kingdom. We are entirely separate and distinct entities.”
The GTMS Liberia management described the action as a brazen attempt to mislead the public and to use the name and reputation of GTMS Liberia Inc. to shield a UK entity now under investigation by British authorities for alleged administrative failures and serious financial irregularities.
“The general public, our valued customers, and business partners are hereby strictly warned not to transact any business whatsoever with Messrs. Presley S. Tenwah and Elvis D. Johnson in the name of GTMS Liberia Inc., as their so-called appointments were issued by a person with no authority to act on behalf of this company. They are impostors, and any dealings with them will not be recognized as binding on GTMS Liberia Inc.,” the release warned.
Meanwhile, GTMS Liberia Inc. has instructed the Global Lead Counsel of AFDASA Global to immediately commence civil and criminal proceedings against Tenwah and Johnson for allegedly falsely representing themselves as officers of the company, misleading the public, and causing significant operational disruption and reputational harm.
The GTMS management noted that they will pursue all available legal remedies to protect their name, stakeholders and the public.
