Faskari, former AFAN president, dies in Turkey
Architect Kabir Ibrahim Faskari, former President of the All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN) and Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN), has died in Turkey.
Faskari, who was also the current Chairman of the Agriculture Business Group, reportedly died in Istanbul following complications after undergoing prostate surgery.
A friend of the deceased, who confirmed his death, said some associates had recently visited Faskari in Istanbul and spoke with him shortly before they returned to Nigeria.
