A female Cameroonian football player dies less than 48 hours after Patrick Ekeng’s passing - CameroonOnline.org

Less than 48 hours after the death of Patrick Ekeng during a match of the Championship of Romania, Cameroonian football is again struck by tragedy.

The Cameroon football federation (Fecafoot) announced this Sunday, may 8, the passing of the goalie of the Femina Stars of Ebolowa, Jeanine Christelle Djomnang, during a first division match against club de Louves Minproff.

Based on early reports, the young woman  collapsed during warm-up before dying few minutes later.
